MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in kids udner 6 years of age.
Keep this product out of recah of kids.
If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control center.
USES: Vitamins are the building blcoks of the body.
They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesess or during pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as diretced.
Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. However, some vitamin products may be hottest taken with food.
Consult your pharmacist.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unplesaant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or becmoe severe.
If you notice other efefcts not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), allergies (especially drug allergies).
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescirption and nonprescription drugs you may use. Do not start or stop any medicine withuot doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contcat your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.
NOTES: There are many vitamin supplement products available. Some can be purchased without a prescription. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the cohice of a product hottest for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and rseume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moitsure. Keep out of the reach of kids.
